Fuzzy Thoughts is a voice recording feature. When you're not sure what to say, just ramble your thoughts out loud. Syntexa transcribes your voice and returns 3 polished message options in your selected tone.

When you use Interactions, Syntexa extracts intelligence about each person you're chatting with—their interests, communication style, and relationship dynamics. This helps the AI provide more relevant and personalized suggestions over time.

Yes! You can upload screenshots of conversations in both Quick Response and Interactions. The AI will analyze the image and help you craft an appropriate response.

You can sign up using your email with a passwordless OTP (one-time password) login, or use Google or Apple sign-in for faster access.

Go to the menu drawer (hamburger icon in the top right), tap "Account", then tap "Sign Out" at the bottom of the screen.

Go to the menu drawer, tap "Account", then tap "Delete Account". This action is permanent and will delete all your data including interactions, messages, and profile information.

Tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation. Here you can update your name, age, occupation, interests, personality traits, and communication style. This information helps the AI give you better suggestions.

You can link your Google or Apple account for easier sign-in. View your linked accounts in the Account screen from the menu drawer.

When someone downloads Syntexa using your referral link, both you and the new user receive 20 bonus credits. Bonus credits never expire and are used after your weekly credits are exhausted.

Go to the menu drawer and tap "Subscriptions". From there, you can view the subscription options and subscribe through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Play Store account. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. You can also access subscription management from the Subscriptions screen in the app.

If you've previously subscribed and your premium status isn't showing, go to the Subscriptions screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.

Weekly credits reset every Sunday at midnight. You can see your current credit count and next reset date on the Subscriptions screen.

Weekly credits do not roll over—they reset to 5 each Sunday. However, bonus credits from referrals accumulate and never expire.
